Whats happening at the Engine House
The young people are over the moon with our new fun mini bus design.
Mr Alan Davies president of The Dowlais Engine House has kindly donated a New Mini Bus for transporting the young people to the Dowlais Engine House for the many activities available. The young people come from many areas of the borough and also other areas. They are taken safely home after their visit. A competition was held to highlight the vast number of activities on offer. One hundred and thirty boys and girls took part and the winner was Caitlyn Reed of Galon Uchaf, aged 15 years. The activities are shown as art images and decorate the vehicle. Congratulations to all who took part, especially Caitlyn Reed.
The Engine House now have three mini busses up and running that pick up our young people daily, to and from home.
