- Youth Club Monday to Friday 12PM- 6PM
There's lots of Fun to be had At the Club inside and Outside from Bike rides to Badminton - Football to Cricket - Music Lessons to Singing - Netball - Pool - Darts - Xbox - PS3 - Internet games and loads more!
Plus there's plenty to eat and drink in our all new Snack Shop
If you are a young person in Merthyr or beyond who's looking for something to do (or you know a young person who is) have a look around the site and see what we have to offer, and believe me, there's something for everyone!
Whats happening at the Engine House
Another brilliant day out! The young people spent the day at Cantref Farm.
Another amazing educational trip that the young people enjoyed, experiancing life as a miner and learning the history beind it all
The young people enjoyed meeting their favourite Super Hero's at Ponty Park
The young people got to experience life as a Miner and the history behind it at The Big Pitt National Coal Museum. It was fun filled day while educating the young people.

The young people at The Dowlais Engine House are getting their hands dirty as they help out with some gardening.
There are loads of fun activities to keep you entertained for hours

Access to the internet, arts and crafts equiptment to help with any School projects you may have.
The aim is to get as many people as possible across the whole of the UK to have Lunch with their neighbours annually in a simple act of community, friendship and fun! Asda have partnered The Big Pink Lunch for the past 4 years!

For girls aged 11 to 18 years
It is a great way to get fit, make friends and to keep healthy and active.
Professional cricket sessions here at the Dowlais Engine House with Julian a coach from Merthyr Cricket Club And Connor Barry A Welsh International cricket player. A brilliant opportunity for the young people to get involved in.
